Hi, I was checking my calculated field by comparing the average in Saiku versus in Excel. I filled 10 plots for the field to be calculated. I enter the same data in my Excel file too so I could compare between Saiku and Excel. I always have a difference: The district average is 23.21% in Excel but 23.13 in Saiku; the average of one smaller administrative unit is 15.63% in Excel and 15.5% in Saiku. When I exclude the values for which I am not confident, the average is 25.03% in Excel and 24.83% in Saiku. Any reason about these discrepancies? Anybody else noticed this? Thanks, Florence |
