Dear user,
To enable the barcode scanner in Collect Mobile, you have to create a text attribute in Collect Survey Designer and specify "Barcode scanner" in the field "Text input":

In Collect Mobile you will see the field in this way:

When you tap the Scan button, the camera application of your phone will be opened and you will be able to scan a barcode or QR code.
