Hello, I recently worked on a survey via Collect Mobile, but when I exported the survey I'm unable to import it to the Collect Desktop version or again to the Collect Mobile version. I'd like to export the survey to a .csv version if that's possible, any suggestion on how can I resolve this issue? Thank you! |

Hello, So I have a survey on Collect Mobile that had some entries on it. I exported the file as .collect-mobile, but when I try to open it again via the mobile app it shows an error that it's not a valid Collect Mobile survey file. I tried to import it into Collect Desktop, but it's not loading up at all over there too. So now I'm unable to open the file at all. Is there any way to open the file and maybe export it in a different file format like .csv or .xlsx? Thank you! |
