collect launcher doesn't start on windows

Hello, after installing collect, launcher.exe does not run. I have uninstalled the antivirus on my computer, I have uninstalled collect and deleted openforis collect files and reinstalled collect but nothing. collect launcher does not start. I need help please Thank you in advance

Please try to start the launcher (c:\OpenForis\Collect\OpenForisCollect-launcher.exe) from the Command Prompt, to see if there are any errors.

Dear David,
Please try to check the content of the file C:\OpenForis\Collect\logs\collect_server.log and try to see if you have any errors there.
Otherwise please try to startup the control panel by running this command from the Command Prompt (move to C:\OpenForis\Collect folder first):
.\java\bin\java.exe -cp .\lib\* org.openforis.collect.controlpanel.CollectControlPanel
