My Arena Survey Deleted

Hi OFT,

I wanted to bring my collect survey into arena. (My arena account is already created priorlely).I was playing within arena and I accendently deleted my survey (where the survey name should be re-entered to be deleted) and now There is nothing in my arena dashboard.neither I can create new survey nor import any survey in areana. buttons are disabled. I want to import or create the survey in arena plateform that was already working in desktop collect.How can I do that I want back by dashboard. please, help me. Thank you.

Dear user,
We have made you Survey Manager, so you will be able to create new surveys (up to 5).
You can do it by using the menu in the upper right corner, selecting "+ New Survey".
