Dear O F T, when submitting collect data from device show the error 500 server not ok status but test connection is successful. What is happening? Some mobile can not send the data showing the error. But some device can submit the data as usual. What is the solution? I have confirmed that all parameter setting are ok.

Please check that the address you wrote in Collect Mobile doesn't contain any "/" at the end and let us know if it works in this way.

Thanks for the reply. But This is not the issue. the devices can establish the server in test connection but can not send the data and the error is produced. Thank you.

Dear user,
Can you please also check the log files in the server where you are trying to upload the data?
Status code 500 means that something wrong happened server side, can you please very that and let us know?

Dear OFT, Thank you very much for your support. Here is the address http://182.93.78.22:8380/collect exactly. It works on some devices correctly. Connection is successful when testing and sending data. But in some cases the connection is successful but can not send data and produces that error. I had 20 mobile devices during training. Some of them were no issue. But some devices were able to establish the connection with the server but were not able to submit the data. I also checked whether there might be an error while entering the data. Everything was okay. Now I do not have such devices that can produce such errors. I checked the log file for that day but I could not figure out the error. I am trying to reproduce the same error using another device. Here is the log file link below.
