Dear OF team, I wonder if this issue is a bug or if there is an explanation to this? I have a survey with images uploaded to Arena from the Desktop Arena, using files pre-existing on my computer. When I do that, Desktop Arena shows the uploaded file with its original name. As I now want to test the migration of images on Arena to our own server, I have Exported the data with files. In the exported folder containing the files, those files have been renamed with uuid names, which is fine. But the names of the exported image files are missing the extension '.jpg'. Can this be fixed or is there a reason for this? Best wishes, Bruno |
