OF Arena: images 'jpg' vs 'jpeg' extension and exifs

Dear Open Foris team, I have noticed that, depending on the device used (?), the images uploaded to Arena and later exported from Arena are renamed using the image uuid and a file extension that is either 'jpeg' or 'jpg'. Would it be possible to always export the images from Arena with the same extension, I would then prefer 'jpg'?

Is it possible to conserve the exif when exporting the images from Arena? I do not need to see these exifs within Arena. Actually, I personnally prefer to manage my images outside Arena. So images are contributed by various users in Arena, then I export the data 'with files' and I recover the images files to store them on my own server. There, the exif data would really be useful. I hope that it make sense. Best wishes, Bruno
