Hello,

When trying to import code lists to collect, I receive the error message "Process failed: Only .zip files containing .csv files are allowed to be imported".

My code lists are in CSV format (mac version), following the header structure item_code,"item_label_en","item_description_en" They are inside a folder that I compressed on the mac to a .zip folder.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue ? Any idea of how to solve this ?
Thanks

Dear Anne-Maud,
This problem has been fixed with the latest version of Collect (4.0.89).
With the latest version you will be able to import a zip file containing also Excel files (with .xls or .xlsx extension).
Please update it and let us know if you still encounter problems.
Many thanks,

Dear user,
You should try to create a zip file including the conent of that folder, so that the files will be included in the "root" of the zip file.
We will contact you to your private email address so we can better understand your issue.
Many thanks,
